模頭換網器
用途：產品適用于塑料造粒機主輔機過濾雜質與拉絲使用。
特點：
1 鋼板采用45＃鋼加工打造，經過120千瓦高頻瞬間高溫重整鐵分子滓火工藝，及加工中心，數控車床，精雕機，準確加工出來每一個配件組裝而成，
網板（過濾板）由數控加工，更好的控制過濾孔的數量和精度，網板背面均有支撐頂點。
2 其表面可達到50度－55度，使用壽命更長，其配件標準統配，孔的數量多，過濾面積大，我們200200過慮孔為6-506孔，250*250過濾孔為6-785孔，
300*300過濾孔為6-1089孔。
3 模頭使用壽命長，增加換網周期，降低成本。
