Belarus, India mull over joint ventures in pharmaceuticals

Belarus and India are discussing the possibility of establishing joint ventures in pharmaceuticals, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India Manoj Bharti told reporters.

"There are proposals to set up ventures to produce medicines and veterinary drugs. These are the sectors of the pharmaceutical industry where Indian firms want to invest money,” said the diplomat

The Ambassador drew attention to the positive role of the Customs Union. According to the Ambassador, for that reason Belarus has become more attractive to Indian investors.
